The suspended lengths of twine that
waterfall  down  the  left  side of
Nicole’s  page  look like faux binding.
We  love this  eye-catching  technique!
DIY background
Having a hard time finding that perfect piece of
patterned paper or a die cut design to serve as
the foundation for your page? Then do as
Nicole did here and create your own
!
With the
help of a hexagon die cut and scraps of
patterned paper, she followed the sketch and
assembled the hexies onto a matted piece of
white cardstock. Tiny jewels, trims and flowers
are scattered about the beehive design, unifying
this well-designed layout.
