This girl loves her stamps and anything stamping related! So what could be better than a class where we create our own stamps from a few simple items?!? In this workshop first students will turn their own designs into DIY background stamps. Next we will take those stamp along with a little Distress Inks and Layering Stencils and create a few fabulous pages with a mix of products from Simple Stories and some great stuff from Core’dintations Cardstock. All of this will be transformed into two single page layouts! Can you dig it?!?! This workshop will be jam packed with technique, amazing products and FUN!! Yes, FUN! Because that is how I roll! Can’t wait to see you there! Good times and giveaways will commence!
Student Supply List:
- 12×12 paper trimmer
- scissors
- pencil
- favorite adhesive (including 3D foam adhesive, tape runners – they are fast)
- ruler
- ink blending tool or make-up sponges
- non-stick craft mat
Good to have- exacto knife, cutting mat and your favourite Distress Ink colors (I used Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberries, Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, Fired Brick, Worn Lipstick, Weathered Wood)
Prep work- look at stamp designs so you have some ideas ahead of time. Simple patterns without a lot of details are best!
