Using Recycled Materials
In the spirit of celebrating Earth Day next week, designer Virginia Nebel created a wall hanging by combining a cardboard box, foil pan, cereal box, paper bag, and recycled patterned paper and embellishments from Die Cuts With a View. Her tip to cut thin cereal box chipboard and foil through die-cutting systems is a great way to re-use everyday materials.

She embossed the foil butterflies for extra dimension and re-purposed a twine shopping bag handle for her project hanger. Have fun looking for ways to turn your trash to creative treasure!
