September 8, 2010 - Catherine Tachdjian, founder and President of Scrapbook & Cards Today Inc. has announced the appointment of a new Editor-in-Chief, Becky Fleck, effective immediately. Becky Fleck is the owner of PageMaps.com and has been in the scrapbooking industry for eight years.

“Becky brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Scrapbook & Cards Today team, both as a writer and as a graphic illustrator. With her highly successful book Scrapbook PageMaps, and her second book Scrapbook PageMaps 2 (available October 2010), Becky’s relationships within the industry make her a valuable member of our team”, Catherine said.

Becky lives in Montana and is the owner of the PageMaps web site, which provides free scrapbook layout and greeting card sketches to over 20,000 readers each month. She is a professional graphic illustrator, freelancing for several scrapbook and stamp manufacturers. She also teaches extensively throughout the U.S., Canada and internationally at expos, scrapbook stores and conventions.

Becky is replacing Kerry McRorie, who will be moving to the position of Senior Editor and continuing to contribute to each issue.

“Kerry’s clear vision for Scrapbook & Cards Today these past four years has made this publication a worldwide success” Catherine said. “Kerry will continue to be a strong part of the Scrapbook & Cards Today family.”
