fall 2013
the 3 i’s
Go beyond birthday parties, holiday gatherings and family
vacations and scrap the everyday life of you and your family.
The story of who your family is outside of these special
occasions is the story your children will appreciate most many
years from now. It is a record of your authentic family. It’s your
chance to remind them of their funny quirks, favourite foods,
daily routines, fashion choices and any other everyday life
subject that comes to mind. Whether these memories are big or
small, funny or sad, give them a home in your family album.
On the following pages, our talented designers created several
pages that step away from traditional “event” scrapbooking. You are
sure to be inspired by the offbeat spin they put on these subjects.

Ahh, the dreaded family portrait. Every family has been
through one and, no doubt, disliked every second. Emily
realized a traditional family portrait just wasn’t in the
cards with her brood, so she took affirmative action and
went with the self-portrait. Everywhere she and her
family have gone over the years, she has clicked a selfie.
Her page chronicles these “suitable-for-framing” mo-
ments, and not only are the photos fresh and fun, but
each tells a story of where they were, what they did and
who was there. What a fantastic idea
