Crop & Create - Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I register for the event?

Just click here to register. It’s fast and easy! A confirmation email will be sent to you within 72 hours of registration.

2. What does the event schedule look like?

3. What is included in the cost of the event?

The crop area will have 6 ft rectangular tables and each person will have 3ft of cropping space! Also included are a fabulous dessert buffet on Friday night, lunch on Saturday and some special treats throughout the event! On Friday evening we will have free make n’ takes, a teacher meet and greet and challenges all day on Saturday too! Did we mention there will also be an amazing free project kit designed by Becky Fleck for you to take home? Think beautiful mini album...

4. How do I pick up my tickets?

Registration will open at 4:00 on Friday, September 30th. We will have four people available to ensure a smooth and quick registration process!

5. What form of payments do you accept?

All payments will be made through Paypal which is a safe and secure payment portal. If you would like to send a cheque you are welcome to do so however we cannot confirm registration at the event or for any classes until the cheque has cleared.

6. What is the cost of parking at the event?

The Sheraton Saskatoon has provided a discounted daily rate for Crop & Create participants of only $5 (normally $12).

7. What is your cancellation policy?

While we cannot offer refunds, you are welcome to make arrangements to give your space to a friend! Please just let us know at least 72 hours before the event registration.

8. How many people would be in each class?

Each class will hold 40 students.

9. Who is running the classes?

Click here for class descriptions and teachers. Each teacher will have an assistant to ensure any student’s questions can be addressed.

10. Who can attend the event? (age requirements)

We ask that no children under 16 be registered or attend this event.

11. Is the event accessible for those with special needs?

Absolutely! We chose the Sheraton Saskatoon for that purpose. The main crop area, classroom and hotel room are all wheelchair accessible.

12. What hotel accommodations are available for the event?

We have secured a certain number of discounted rooms at The Sheraton Saskatoon for those who wish to stay on the event premises. You may wish to reserve your room as soon as possible to take advantage of these discounted room rates. Just click here to book your accommodations quickly and easily.

13. Will there be food concession available?

We have planned a delicious lunch on Saturday and evening snacks for all our attendees. There are several restaurants at the Sheraton Saskatoon including a cafe that brews Starbucks coffee! There is also a Tim Horton’s just outside the hotel.

14. What supplies are provided? What should I bring?

A class supply list will be provided to all registered class participants 3 weeks prior to the event.
