instructions:

  1. Start with blue 12x12 Fancy Pants patterned paper as your base.
  2. Cut a piece of black cardstock to 11.5x11.5 and layer on top leaving an even border all the way around.
  3. Cut a piece of white cardstock to 11.5x11.5 and then use scalloped blade on trimmer or a scalloped scissors to make decorative edge. When placed on top of black cardstock, it should reveal just a bit of the black.
  4. Complete various techniques (painting, applying foil, glitter, micro beads, stamping, etc.) on the chipboard snowflakes and then arrange on white background. Leave space in the lower right corner for title, but don't adhere anything yet.
  5. Start to fill in gaps on background with snowflake stickers and swirls stamped with versamark ink and rubbed with light blue chalk.
  6. Adhere chipboard snowflakes.
  7. Finish with rub-on title and button tied with floss in the lower right corner.
  8. Slip into black shadowbox frame.

The frame measures 13x13.
